I wanted an inspection done of my new Brevard County manufactured home before the closing. I cold called In the Bay Home Inspections and got Ed Thompson. Ed talked me through the four points he covered and it sounded like a good overview. The price was right. On Friday we agreed. On Monday, not only did I get a full description and evaluation of the roof, plumbing, electrical and appliances (and more) the report also came with photos of most items covered. Though I was not familiar with some aspects of manufactured home construction, Ed made it clear. Fortunately there were only two items that needed work, both of which are relatively easy to fix or replace. Yes, I would absolutely recommend Ed to my friends. James Williams
